Stove ordered in January, installed in June and still not in operation despite reminders!
The Yann Blanchard sales representative was supposed to come in early August for the commissioning, he didn’t come, we waited all afternoon and of course when you contact him, he doesn’t answer!
It’s sad this lack of respect and follow-up!
We cannot therefore qualify the quality of the stove and are waiting in vain for a return from the salesman….
